which part of Syokimau?..Anyway considering in most of the prime areas,1/8 is going for 1.5-2m.Its fair. However ensure due diligence as conmen are plenty..
Hope is not a strategy

the location is just behind JKIA resort, though u drive in with the second entrace, I was just worried of the pricing, but for what I want to do with it, think of 4 well built maisonette with compounds, the price of 4-5 bedroom maisonette around the place is 12million so that comes to 12x2 within two years maybe am becoming over ambitious here!
Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us.There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.As we let our own light shine, we consciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Doing due diligence for a plot in syokimau is very easy indeed @ sanity. Just take the LR number, and sms as follows: "Land LR Number", send 5556 and you will receive details a s follows:

Account number, Land owner, amount due (since its a leasehold), Sender (Ministry of Lands).

The price is within the market rate for the area.

I know of a 1/4 that was sold for 2.9m recently.

@ Wendz. I think that rate is more than fair. I am aware of a colleague who bought 1/4 acre 1.5kms from Mombasa Rd; you get in through Kiungani Rd (next to Mastermind), just before Good Samaritan at 3.3m

Along Syokimau Katani Rd just before Kangaroos - 1-8Km from Mba Rd.
I have no idea where the prices are rallying to but I'm not complaining.
