Hi Guys,
I would like to get some financing from a bank to build some rentals in Naks.
I understand that I need to have a proposal which contain among other things: cost of contruction, income projections etc.
Can anyone help me with the format that works?

get a building consulting team..archtect, engineer, qs..they'll sort you out.

Thanks guys for showing interest in lending a hand to a brother. I have however gotten the right professionals and proposal that suits my real estate business need.
