Dealt with them but not directly Via housing finance/mamicha advocates

Their Profile is good, the times I deal with them looking for property from them for my clients. Not transacted though with them, but i would recommend them.

I have actually dealt with these guys and I was impressed with their land transfer deal. They were selling the plots that are next to New Light High School in Kitengela. The place is called Campus Junction but I never see any campus there - maybe the campuses will be built. I was out of the country and all the papers were sent to me, I signed, notorized and sent them back via FedEx. They have excellent conveyance team of lawyers - so nothing to worry about.

Their webpage has been down for so long - well over a year. I do not understand why they have not been able to rectify the situation. I actually told they a while ago and they said it had been hacked. They are technologically challenged, so they use the old way of printing brochures and send them out (I have several from them). Call their number or email them to send you any information - I totally understand when you question how come they cannot have a functional webpage yet they are good at their business! Where are the plots that you are interested in?

We were buying a plot with this people,a place known us Newlight Rail in Kitengela,They gave us LR number but when our Lawyer went to do the search,it showed a differnt name and not Ndatani.

Are these guys really genuine? if not where can i get genuine plots?
