Hi.
Got a question for those people who are well versed with Kitengela area.
I wanted to purchase a piece of land in Kitengela near the ostrich farm which is quarter an acre going for 400,000.
Now, is this a good deal putting into consideration where the land is or not?
Your input will be highly appreciated.
Thank you.

Thanks all for your replies.
The reason am asking this is because I thought that it would be more expensive around that area compared to places like Isinya and I dont know Oloitok Tok where an acre is 300,000 kshs and am like thinking may be its a raw deal. Like why are dudes going to those areas and not places like Kitengela Birika??
Once again, thank you.

for 1/4 acre in Birika,i think that price is very high and you can get better deals especially when you buy from the owner.

@ Craig.
Could you please enlighten us as where exactly it is??
@ Wendz
So far, the only information I got is that its near the ostrich farm but if I took a guess, its probably in between Kiserian and Oletepes, like 13 km from ostrich farm.

If you have cash, buy ... do not think twice. When it comes to land, just buy .... as long as you do not get too deep into debt trying to accumulate land, it becomes stressful.
