This is one shady fellow, he hired someone to sit the language proficiency test for him and now it has come back to haunt him. He could barely read a KCSE results slip!!

No, in parliament. But his English was worse than Wanjohi's and he struggled to put his point across. Maybe that Wanjohi guy can assist in translation.Sad

So it is true, he is facing twin accusations:

1: inability to understand English
2: inability to 'speak' in parliament, given that there one can only speak English or Kiswahili (?) to be recognized that indeed you have spoken in parliament...
