Now,i wonder,why is muite's home is under siege?? Coincidence?

I cannot understand how people who collect lots and lots of money every day need a financier. Infact,Mutahi Ngunyi advices KRA to consult them on revenue collection. Who finances who here? Who has the money? Who sponsors who to where?
