Trustco Namibia is coming to Kenya this year...now rumour has it their partnering with Bharti.

it's a form of life insurance availed to u as a mobile subscriber provided you have signed up for it...all you need to do is to keep calling and and you are fully covered...Mpesa/Safaricom can not provide you that because they dont have the patent...@Cde they partnered with Econet..

Despite its troubles in Zim due to bully Econet...Trustco rallied 25% on the JSE today upon declaration of a dividend....Yeeees.

Is it possible for kenyan insurers to adopt this model with local networks instead of trustco??
I am of the opinion that africas average low insurance penetration of 4% provides ample opportunity to all players in this sector.. Developed world insurance penetration is 75%
