I can't for sure tell, but I believe it might happen next year. We will get the feeling when they start to appoint a transaction advisor for the listing.

@jerry,

For Coop Bank, only class A shareholders could not trade freely except amongst other saccos. I am not so sure about other shareholders. Class A shares had alockout period of 5 years. I think CIC could adopt a similar strategy. I have a feeling that many broke saccos might want to realize their value early and would argue for a shorter duration.

mSimon would be telling you to sell this CIC...btwn did you notice that all insurance firms returned mega profits in FY 2010...my next research report is on CIC...aulready have the AR for 2010...keep checking my blog i will post it there.
