How many wazuans watch local sports either by going to stadiums or even watching SS9. Our football will forever struggle because we don't support them. Gor fans have been roundly demonised on this forum for hooliganism et al, however they atleast contribute to the team of their choice and passionately support them.

Kenya football (KPL) could be 15 times bigger than it is today if the other 15 teams had supporters equal to the K'Ogalo fans. You can imagine kenyans travelling through out the country to follow their teams (not to pee on the corridors of Guka's club). Infact the Gor thread would be about the onfiled performance vs your team of choice and not about fans.

I am a K'ogalo fan, I attend most of the Nairobi games if I can.

Am also a rugby fan and never miss my 15's matches at quins.

@Simonkabz, you go next.

you are right.
If other teams had many fans like k'ogalo (but not hooliganism),the KPL spirit would be big.
I am a fan of Sofapaka though !
