It is belived that Wenger ( Arsenal ) has just made the first signing after the close of the 2010/2011 Season, the little known Rick Alvarez from Agentina has signed a pre-contract agreement to come to the Emirates in June after the conclusion of the Local season. The 6"2 footballer will be a free agent and is an attacking midfielder/ winger is very good on the ball.Should be a good addition to the squad.

As is the wazua spirit, 'weka link' for non believers like us to read, not believe.

This is just another attempt by Wenger to manage expectations, Just like signing of Chamakh was. What is required credible signings of experienced goal keeper, center half, fullback and strikers.

Unit the player signs and moves to the emirates, it is hard to believe Wenger....this is how Chris smalling and Cristiano Ronaldo were lost to ManU-gu

C'mon people, this is a free transfer, the guy will probably replace Rosicky who's expected to leave. Wenger has already said he'll spend some money at the back and some few other players, lets wait and see what happens....its too early to give up hope on new signings.

The transfer window opens 1st July and closes 21st August....
