I've been looking at property websites and I have seen a very constant trend of deception marketing. Please correct me if I'm wrong on this since you own one such site - propertyzote.com

I've noticed that there's always a property which is grossly undervalued and has a SOLD sign meaning no further enquiries on it but you can never fail to notice it. Check this website uniquehomeskenya and see if you can pick up the deceptions

@2012, that is the downside of user generated content, especially where e-commerce is involved. I have noticed alot of deception marketing on dealfish as well. The website owners are supposed to do their part to prevent their users from being conned, but there is only so much they can do. You have to discern for yourself the rest

Thank you for showing interest in the property. It sits on an eight parcel of land and is barely 100 meters from the main-road. Security around the area is also commendable. It has a decent neighborhood of organized like houses. If interested we can arrange for a visit so you can have a personal assessment!

@2012 i have seen the deception. e-commerce websites are hungry for content especially in Kenya. In this dilemma scrutiny,authenticity and security is overlooked by the web-masters/admins,all they care about is more and more content. This in the long run will be detrimental to the credibility of the website. All it takes is a few bad customer reviews.
