i am afraid that the studs issue will erode the dressing and presentability of judges,magistrates and lawyers and the society at large. soon we will have lawyers go to court in dreadlocks, our sons will soon go to school in studs all in the name of constitution, yet to mutunga it means something else. to me studs NO.

The same politicians and clergy passing judgment on Mutunga wine and dine with individuals who have taken the country to the dogs,Who should we trust here,a man who is a known political activist in the days when we were fighting for democracy or people who turned the other way when people like Njoya were being clobbered by the state?

I no longer listen to the clergy when it comes to moralizing because the church itself has failed the moral test itself by being silent when certain individuals have been caught on the wrong side of the law.They kept silent during the PEV and to me that is a more serious issue worthy of a press statement than a mere piece of adornment.

As for being a moral example,what is a parents responsibility?if you bring up your children right there should be no fear of them acquiring strange habits and tendencies just because they fraternize with stud wearing men .

Kwani whats wrong with men putting on the earings, Furthermore the earings are part of some of our african traditional dressings, for example the Maasai,Turkana, pokot etc to mention a few still wear studs, although am not sure about the kambas, but the studs have nothing to do with morality.
lets not shift goal posts we wanted a CJ with specific qualifications but i didint see anywhere written anything to do with his looks nor dressings.
