I believe for bush
"bush or penny lands" that are not ripe for development, not yielding anything and cannot be acquired by mortgage, the payment plan should be more flexible (like 6 to 24 months installment).
This is what is obtainable in my own part of the world (west Africa). This facilitates easy plot acquisition especially in up coming suburbs.
