Just like @Njung'e I love gizzards so much.
So I happened to buy some fried gizzards (and ugali) on display on my way to a function in Langata.

Out of the 10 or so pieces served,FOUR had the gizzards "not opened"?As in the sandy-sack was still intact with some foul things inside looking like snails/grains/shieet etc.

And I had just munched two pieces and soup when I discovered this on the third piece.

I don't eat much of their food, but it is said that demand is high leading to the possibility of standards dipping...

When they began the food was EXCELLENT and much cheaper. When people started increasing the quality completely dipped. Personally I stopped especially when they stopped making another kick a** lasagne that use to melt in the mouth...nyumm!

The thing I dread about that T mall place is teh creacks on the walls. They have HUGE cracks. Given that the place was initially swampy, I dread passing even close..

The second thing is the filthy basement... Yak!

What is most annoying about the basement parking is that ever since the construction was finished, they have never washed the place. It has a thick layer of cement dust.

About the jam on exit; you can avoid most of it by using the second lane on the entry ramp.

The basement is purely filthy,I think thats where they keep the raw gizzards.

The Tuskys at Embakasi has nice food. I have never had an issue neither have I heard any of my lunchmates complain .
