Seen land with a reference number as the ownership document. Do you know what is the process for converting this into a title deed? The Governor of Nyeri - 2017

good question. i want to add another one. plot with certificate of title issued by lands. this is usually for plots in north mombasa. how to 'convert' to title deed. also how to put caveat on same.

Have you searched the Reference number with the lands Is the land registered by the authorities,How was the outcome?
