I read somewhere that they might be sourcing for their tyres somewhere else not Jap. I think it might be the reason na pia Kudanganya watu about the UK lease!

Of the magnificent building(sameer business park) and gava's intention to be the sole tenant-did the deal go through?,how much do sammeer shareholders own of it?Any one in the know?

Am reminded of a time in 2006 when this stock rose from 14.8 on 17th Oct 06 to 38.0 on 8th Nov 06, a 157% gain in 14 trading days.

No need to say that by mid Feb 2007, it was trading at 13 bob . . .

I heard that sameer group owns 25% of the business park and 75% by mombasa road development company (owned by meralli and schwartzman of hy young). The government might take it up, if cck is allocated the cash in this years budget...

i picked up a few shares when it was 6bob, just for speculation purposes
