The talk I am hearing would only make sense after the Man U - Chelsea game. We are in a worse situation after this weekend but we are still the team at the TOP. Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Sober wrote:all the teams in the champions league semis lost their league matches last weekend. this clearly shows the proirities. As I watched the first half, I wondered whether Fergie had an eye on Wednesday'c champs league. True, like someone mentioned, United played with laxity and it proved suicidal. Now we got a midweek game and the title decider on Sunday. However, it's still United's to lose. A win against Chelsea and its game over. A draw against Chelsea, and we'll only need one win against Blackburn or Blackpool. A loss...well, I cannot comprehend the magnitude. Consolation is, yesterday's loss brought to the fore the pathetic away form we've had. Next week we are at our fortress of Old Trafford. This will be a cracker. From a neutral's point of view, and looking at comparisons with La Liga, I believe the EPL is proving its worth to the global masses. That things seem so near yet so far, is all clear for all to see. It was a close one last season, it's proving so this season as well. The battle for premiership, UCL and Europa places, and relegation are still on going, with 3 games remaining. It is captivating to watch it. Hope it doesnt end suicidal. Luck is when Preparation meets Opportunity. ~ Lucius Annaeus Seneca

It is very sad that we have reduced such a huge lead to a single game against Chelsea. It would be unbearable if we lost to Chelsea. This will be a torturous week. Sunday can't come soon enough.
We played terribly against Arsenal. We gave them TOO much space. If we were to do this against Barca, we would be massacred! @ Maich, Losing u will.Schalke will be boldened by Arsenals win, will do everything to bring Man U down. This will undoubtedly wear the devils down.Am certain you will progress to the finals but at a cost to your team;-Chelsea taking advantage of your midweek engagement after they've rested since Saturday. Am fancying a draw, this will give Arsenal more impetus to fight for the title (assuming they beat Stoke). Accept no one's definition of your life; define your life.

@ Maich, it was'nt space.Man U has never been sufficiently philanthropic on space leave alone goals. The match was won on second balls, there were some isolated moments where Arsenal let Man Utd do a few stringed passes. Barca will slice you apart and a massacre is imminent.I wish to add that Vidic is unlikely to play the 90 minutes given his hard tackling and subtle handballs against the catalonians and their diving superiority. How I wish Arsenal can put up such a spirited effort consistently. The league looks to be a mad dash and will go all the way to the wire. Accept no one's definition of your life; define your life.

ManU-rine gunned down...great weekend!! The table might remain as it is, but I prefer a Chelshit win of the EPL....vermaelen should be back to increase Arsenal's chances of getting 9 points...Men United's hunt for the quadruple best shot is the EPL

U said it.Man U have never matched Arsenal in the midfield but somehow emerge victorious probably due to good strikers who utilise the few chances they got. On the other hand,Arsenal plays a wonderful game but have no enaf strikers other than Van Persie, the defenders forget quickly only to realise an opponent has passed them. This time, they fired some shots but we had a wonderful goal keeper.!! On overall,Arsenal 65% vs man 35% in possessions.therefore Arsenal deserved to win !!! "You're not supposed to be so blind with patriotism that you can't face reality. Maybe they will request to play in the second half since there is no need to appear for the first half and get four passes only Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

I honestly think SAF underestimated Arsenal...either that or the effect of playing in the CL is taking its toll. That would explain why Giggs was not even on the bench! Even if you're resting players, there are some players that should always be there on standby e.g Rooney & Giggs - I honestly could not see Arsenal beating Man Utd, possession or not, after the past 4 or so games against them - I figured a draw would be the worst result. I dare say it could have been worse had the ref spotted Vidic's handball, he'd have gotten a straight red, we'd have conceded a penalty and Vidic would be missing from the Chelsea duel...the writing would have been on the wall. I can't believe Chelsea were 15 points adrift of Man Utd at the beginning of March and now the Sunday game is title decider, last time Man Utd threw away such a lead and lost the EPL was the season when Blackburn won it (1994?). It'll be as tough a game as can be so hopefully we can shut out Schalke early tomorrow and rest some key players early. If you want adrenalin an rush, clearly the EPL is the league to watch BEER IS LIVING PROOF THAT GOD LOVES US AND WANTS US TO BE HAPPY!

Man U might as well "win" now that Howard Webb will be back after long layoff due to "injury". Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

The best ref according to Rio Ferdinand is Busacca- I wish he officiates the final and will be sure of a send off. Against Barca SAF will report to UEFA that the opponent has some unsporting behavior- that of keeping possession for eternity. Accept no one's definition of your life; define your life.

Not to worry about possesion, at some point possesion in first half was 80% against 20% though the ball stayed in the middle. I dare ask, Every body agrees, United were poor, Arsenal played 'superbly' and HAMMERED united 1 - 0. Talk of a measure of a good team! Even a BrOKeN clock is right twice a day
