It can't be the identity of the officers involved. That can be done by cleaning. There are off the shelf chemicals that even get rid of all traces of DNA. Burning the chopper??? Someone explain this to me like a 5 year old. Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
