@ Gekko - Communication break down. Maybe Kongowea meant he invests - say in Paka shares - and sometimes he banks the dividends he gets which makes him an Investement Banker!!! He he he.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
