This is what I asked. Trading at 14.50 the last time in 2006. Government loan was converted to shares at 10 shillings each. Suppliers also got their lot while existing shareholders also got a percent of the 80m shares created. Key shareholders have been frozen from trading their shares for the next one year or so. Considering the dilution effect of the extra 80m shares, what is the expected starting price on resumption?
