County Headquarters - that's the next big property market. Buy there now while people are still asleep.

Low cost housing in the Counties; that will make you tons of cashsmile

I think it is now a lot easier to make money in real estate in those areas than in Nairobi: materials, labour, etc much cheaper than in Nairobi.

Good luck.

500k that far, why not buy one at Sabaki even if at 1,000,000/=?

I think people have started exploiting others in the name of real estate deals - seriously. Why 500k when a whole acre could be less than that amount in the neighbourhood!!

@Abby ,where in the neighborhood? I would be glad to own an Acre for less than 500k along mombasa road before Emali and only a few meters from the highway.Pass the info, that is why we need to share the info.

I get your point; but my point is that if I have to buy 1/8acre at 500k opposite Vista Windows, then why not just take 1.0M and buy a good 1/8 acre at Kitengela, Yukos?

Plus, I think guys need to get out of our minds this thing of 1/8 acre - we need to dream bigger, to buy wholesale. Buying retail is so expensive.

As Napoleon Hill says ......"Aiming High and Aiming Low Require the Same Effort ..... But Vastly Different Results".

Ok, Bwana Nduta, tell me more about this land. In truth, I have two one 1/8ths at Malili - well past that place - and I bought them last for 280k each.

How is this scheme of yours? Payment terms? We could do a deal.

Thanks.

Again the plots are located only 70mts off the highway on the right hand side as you come from Nairobi.
The area is very beatiful with a good scenic view of the hills.Next time you ride along msa road, kindly take note of this area,it is slightly past Smallworld.
Well,we are not giving instalments option as we believe this is a very prime area and anyone who understands property trends will go for the deal.

BTW, about sabaki upto Kitengela junction ,we are looking for an eight with a budget of upto 600k.post here

Thanks.

I never said that one can get an 1/8th acre with a budget of 600k between Sabaki and Kitengela; that stretch is very prime my friend.

Else, I will look at the place when I go to Malili over the Easter. 70 mts off the road looks impressive; I must say that is indeed prime because (with or without Malili ICT), I believe the whole of Mbsa road between Daystar and Chumvi (Machakos Junction) will be covered by residential buildings in the near future.

Thanks

Any county will do, especially the counties that will have new capitals cities i.e. if for instance Nakuru County settled on Kikopey instead of Nakuru Town as capital. But your safest bet will be your home county - as you read in this weeks Business Nation, people are learning their mother tongues in readiness for the big move.

@ GG,

Missed that one of people learning mother tongue in readiness for the countiessmile. Am also seriously looking at my county, spent 3 days in March assessing the potential in the county

Abby you are right - in foreseeable future, the section between Daystar & Machakos Junction will be as prime as the section between Nairobi and Thika. The growth/development patterns between the two sections are very similar. The 500K deal advertised seems reasonable - perhaps there is even room for negotiation.
