One can certainly not accuse our journalists of having some imagination.

They gave me a mortgage quote at the Housing Expo over the past weekend at 13.5%. Barclays gave 11.9%. Will this loan reduce the extortionist rate?

This is refferd to as a wholesale deal. E.g IFC lends KCB USD105M @ 5%, KCB onward lends to market @ 14%.

I suspect the BBK is less insurance premiums & other costs which could just end up @ 14% p.a. Did u ask whether it was a net-cost?

Last year, they released their Q1 results on 30th April. If they keep this date, coupled with the fact that it will be trading cd til 9th May, any slight dip below 25 bob will invite ruthless bargain hunters like me and @mlennyma's prediction of a 21 might have to wait until the stock goes xd, more than 3 weeks from now!

what are you sayin ????? public exibition of your ignorance isnot allowd....

Been looking at your posts and they are all long on emotions/literature and short on facts/figures!How sad!
