Land transfer clearance certificate: pls assist.

Wazua team
i need get a sample of land clearance certificate.
This is the cert given by land companies directors showing/confirming the change of ownership between two individuals.
The cert, plus sale agreement i take to lands ministry to help in title processing.
Someone with such sample, pls assist.

A clearance certificate is issued by a local Authority after clearing all outstanding rates.

Which local Authority are you interested in?,the clearance certficates are the same!.

not really.
The cert i am reffering to is the one when the title is not processed yet.
When you buy a plot whose owner has parcel number and ballot number only
as such, directors of the land company gobe you a clearance cert to confirt change of ownership of the plot under that ballot number, etc.
Thats the one i am looking for

In my case,I was given a letter with a company seal & L.R No. Which I took to Ruiru Municipal council & Min. Of Lands for title deed processing.

Aha, even that will do.
Would i be asking for too much if i borrowed a copy?
I am in a situation where i need draft and take to the directors for me to get one.

@Ali i thought the directors should be able to give you from the company's offices. They must be having templates. Or these are the chaotic land selling companies??

i do ot know why they seem to delay in that regard.
apparently, they usually do not issue.
have demanded that i must get one and they asked me to draft and take to them they sign.
the deal is clean....what i do not understand is the part where they seem so slow in processing titles yet my bank is willing to asisst me develop as long as i can prove ownership
