Friends, I am very new in investments. I have loved the kind of advice going on in this forum. I am thinking of investing in houses in eastlands, especially those estates after UMOJA. Please give me ideas. I dont mind buying old houses, even those on foreclosure if any. Thanks

@legalistic my take on eastlands,umoja Komarock,New/Old Donholm Donholm Phse 5/8 Greenfields is that prices have not yet skyrocked. This is in comparison to south B south C Nairobi west and the likes. If you are investing/Developing old houses look at it in long term basis. Big shopping mall coming up at Donholm Phase 8,Greenspan Estste,Sosiani Estate and not to mention the upgrade of Outering road to link up thika road. There is also the southern By pass.

@legalistic, I know some houses that are up for sale plus two that got burned down,that the owners are selling.They are in Tena Estate(neigbouring Umoja1 estate).
