He's all talk and no show.
Recently he developed the Ringera malady of blaming the courts.
Last i checked he had promised '6 high voltage' files to the AG, but i guess the culprits might have delivered a "ka-muhuko" to him before-hand.

They way i see it, it does not matter how many Lumumbas are there or the number of mouths they have. It will be very long indeed before we can serve justice to the high and mighty in this part of the world.  "The longer the fuse the mightier the blast!"
