Is this an International or local race? Who wouldnt want to watch a Kenyan run? Who wouldnt want to watch a good team play whatever sport?
Very very very poor sportsmanship. In life, you dont win by setting lower targets. If your business doesnt meet its targets, you dont reduce them next year so you can report good numbers - you go back to the drawing board
And I hope our athletics association is discouraging them from running on principle and not because of the money. If its the money, I'm sure there are lots of sponsors out there who will be happy to fund a Kenyan to carry their brand name.
