2.5 m is quite pricey. Please can you provide GPS coordinates (Latitude and Longitude)for us to see the property on Google Earth or just get a feel of the immediate surroundings. Thank you.

Ndaragwa,
It looks pricey but tha value of plots in the area has appreciated quite fast. I am not the owner of the plot.
It was offered to me by my wife's uncle and only because I own the neighbouring plot. I bought mine last year in September for Kes 1.4 million (fenced)from someone who wanted emergency cash. I was offered Kes 2.5 m 2 weeks later which I obviously rejected as I want to keep and develop it. The plots are in a residential area with controlled development. All the land was originally owned by Numerical Machines Complex but has been sold to various SACCOs including Afya, Ubora and Sauti SACCO. My plot and the next plot that is being sold are under Ubora (who are still chasing for the titles).
I do not have the coordinates but can arrange for you to meet the owner and view the plot this weekend.

2.5M is really the going price at Sabaki for quarter acre; I really dream to own a plot there but it seems they are getting out of reach for me (unless I take a loan).
To see why, you need to know that 1/8th acre at Yukos (Kitengela) is going for around 1.5M; it is better to have a home at Sabaki than at Yukos (considering the distance).

Nyari and Money dust, all those nice houses that are across Mombasa Cement and next to Kenchic stand on land that was once owned by Numerical Machines Complex. The sale of land was government sanctioned and done above board.

Now that you mention Yukos (Kitengela). Do you know why those Utumishi Sacco plots that are next to Yukos are not yet built when all the surroundings are populated with nice houses? What are the going prices for those Utumishi Sacco plots if anybody knows?

The Utumishi should be going for around 750k for 1/8th acre, I think. Do not know much about them generally.
