KCB & 5221: I want compensation

Had a shocking message from KCB atm notificationson 5221. Imagine the emotional damage and loss of sleep that incurred when ka received a message claiming i had withdrawn a substantial amount from my account yet the last transaction was made on saturday.
This morning i established that the notification was for the amount iI withdrew on saturday.
So, why should i be notified more than 48 hours later?

I received 2 texts yesterday for withdrawals made on Friday and Sunday. It was shocking be4 i recognised the amounts.
