Thanks so much @Gordon Gecko.What does that then mean for the prospective purchaser.To raise the balance?
If a house i'm interested in has a sale price of 8.9M...will CFC Stanbic's valuation always fall below this?

Anyone with info about this? Can't seem to get info from CFC. Rather what's the catch?

@ms kenya the catch is you should earn a minimum of 100k per month. it was in the papers juzi.
