with the coming of the superhighway i am thinking of purchasing houses at this estate.
what i have seen from their brochure is that you get a 3 bedroom house (apartment) at KSh. 3M or therebouts...
if i can get a mortgage from Housing Finance... it means i only have to pay 300k and an amount say of 20k per month..
has any of you been commuting or driving from Ruiru or Thika or Juja... how is it would you advise me to follow this path
