@ Kaigangio,I think the police are involved in one way or another in such robberies. Either they steal themselves or collaborate with the thieves or are not at all involved but when the money is recovered,they steal some and report a wrong figure. E.g. when they recover 2m,they might say they recovered 100,000 and pocket the rest. In all these,they are involved in one way or another.
