Rank: Chief Joined: 1/13/2011 Posts: 5,964		@Cde.Mhisa. I am a holder of KK @ 9.5-bought on day preceeding the results. However, I did not get enough & indeed the ESOP came to me as a surprise too~prima-facie but on further scrutiny I was pleased at it. Thus, judging from the hostility about the ESOP all around I expected a sell-off, indeed cum-div & preferbably upto 8.5. Please note I'm not willing to pay above 9.5 CD for KK as my immediate need was/is the 5% div.yield. I have had experience with dilutions being invested in Scangroup after WPP & recently Ogilvy and I have learnt & experienced the power of the value exchange & above dilution rate growth in EPS. Therefore, KK's ESOP to ME is, same story different cast, principally due to the ESOP shares being exchanged for value. I expect we understand each other now Cde.Mhisa.

Creating 500,000,000 new shares is a joke as shareholders we should lobby for a veto on this proposal. Rank: Elder Joined: 12/9/2009 Posts: 6,592 Location: Nairobi		KK has revised the ESOP downwards by more than half ie 140million from 300million citing duplication as the cause of the error that doubled (140x2)+20m the ESOP to be issued. Anyway, that's the latest on this issue. BBI will solve it :)
