Hallo Wazuans,
I am offering various pieces of land for sale at very competitive prices. The Lands are scattered in Loitokitok division, which is approximately 220 kilometres from Nairobi , on smooth tarmac road.
The area is predominantly occupied by the Maasai tribe, Kikuyus, luos , Kambas, Chagga of Tanzania, among other tribes who have been existing very peacefully since time immemorial. The area has a wonderful climate and offers stunning views of Mt. Kilimanjaro and the Amboseli National Park. Owing to its proximity of the Tanzanian border, actually an hour's drive away to Moshi Town, the area has been witnessing rapid growth following cross border trade, cheap sources of timber, sugar and rice, and also being a tourist hub owing to the Amboseli National Park, renowned for its elephant population.
For those who have always wanted to buy large pieces of land for throwaway prices, here is your chance. Browse through the following and make me an offer:-

1. A very prime 2 acre freehold plot touching the tarmac road . It is a fully serviced plot with water and electricity nearby. The plot has a clear view of the Mt. Kilimanjaro, and is also near a scenic river. Perfect for putting up a residential house or furnished apartments. The area of Kimana, in Loitokitok division borders Tanzania, and also the Amboseli National Park, and is one of the most peaceful place in Kenya, where the maasai community lives in harmony with the other tribes. The plot is going for Kshs. 6,000,000 or nearest offer. A haven of tranquility, clean title deed, and serious offers only.
Contact Kasaine on +254-725218119.

2. A 10 acre freehold plot surrounded by natural trees with a semi-permanent farmhouse inside the plot. Good all weather road provides access to the property, and 2km away from the main tarmac road. Water and electricity nearby. Suitable for farming but with tremendous potential for putting up an Academy or Private school. With potential for putting up vacation homes , retirement homes or a religious centre.
The 10 acre plot is going for a price of Kshs. 4.5 million together with the developments inside the land. Clean title deed and serious offers only. A deal too good to be missed!!
Contact Kasaine on +254-725218119.

3. A 60-acre freehold plot near the Amboseli National Park Going for Kshs. 7,000,000 the whole parcel. There two more plots of the same acreage (60acres) adjacent to it going for the same price of Kshs. 7,000,000, each. Total acreage is 180 acres up for sale at a discounted price of Kshs. 20,000,000 . This is a great piece of land owing to its proximity to the legendary Amboseli National Park, best known for its large elephant population. With unrestricted views of Mt.Kilimanjaro , and also close to the famous Amboseli Sopa Lodge , the Elerai Game Scouts Camp, and Kilima safari Camp operated by Mada Hotels, the land is prime for putting up a Safari Lodge, tented camps or an animal sanctuary. An all weather river passes through the land which also has abundant birdlife owing to its untamed vegetation on virgin land. Very picturesque and good value for money. An opportunity not to be missed by anyone who has had the life long dream of putting up a world class tourist facility, or an eco-camp.
Clean Title deeds, and serious offers only. I can also send you pictures and videos of the land if you forward me your email address.
Contact Kasaine on +254-725218119.

4. A 60- acre freehold plot directly opposite Mada Hotels' Kilima Safari Camp close to Amboseli National Park Kimana Gate for sale . High groundwater potential. The plot is close to the Amboseli National Park Kimana gate and suitable for setting up a tented camp or a lodge. Seeing is believing, this is for serious investors only. Send me your email address and I will forward pictures and videos of the land.
Clean title deed , serious offers only. The 60 acre plot is going for Kshs. 10,000,000
Contact Kasaine on +254-725218119.

5. A town plot, freehold, right in the heart of Kimana Town , measuring 1/4 (quarter acre) going for Kshs. 1.5 million. Great for putting up a Bar & Restaurant/ Lounge , office blocks, or whatever institution you deem fit. Fully serviced with water and electricity and clean title deed.

2 acres? for 6m? 220kms from Nairobi? in loitokitok? and you called this a throw away price? Waoh!

How would you compare Kimana(never heard of the town before) to a town like, say, eldoret/kitale? Is it bigger/same/smaller? how about economic activities wise? Is it busier etc? If someone put office blocks there, who are the likely targets?

Indeed the lands in question are not in Nairobi. They are actually 230km away from Nairobi , in Loitokitok division, Kajiado district, near the Amboseli National Park. This is meant for serious investors, not short time speculators. I have already some of the land to Serena Hotels, Mada Hotels, Sarova group and Sarovar (owners of Ole Sereni) plus some few private individuals.

KulaRaha, its a willing buyer-willing seller market. The 2 acre plot has its own borehole which is fully equipped and three phase electricity.
Do you want to offer me 7M now? smile
Actually someone from Nairobi wants to view and possibly purchase it this weekend.

Why advertise something sold? LOL

Anyways, I checked and you are right. Most plots there are 60 acres, water is close to the top so easily accessible, and road is good.

Prices however seems to range between 4M and 8M depending on distance from the main road. Also, most people who are buying are doing so for agri purposes, as with the new red tape for lodges requiring a min of 600 acres is proving restrictive.

Correct me if Im wrong.

KulaRaha, you are right to a point. The new redtape affects safari lodges with a capacity for over 100 beds. However, tented camps, which are a new concept there do not subscribe to this rule. And furthermore, the land in question is not inside the national park but on its boundaries and its private, freehold land, so you can put up whatever the hell you want. Agri business is also a good option provided you drill your own water. Been smiling all the way to the bank since I planted 60acres of tomatoes.Tricky , but doable, I can show you the ropes.
So what say you, interested in the sixty acresDrool ? Okay, will give you a very good discount.

180 acres of land, next to a national park, at 20M? That's 110k per acre. National Parks are protected echo systems, right? Tricky land deal, this one...

By the way, I have PREVIOUSLY done business with the above mentioned companies, who have bought land from me, as our family owns large tracts of land. The land sold might not necessarily have been my portion but I broker the deals.

2acres at 6m o.n.o. As I stated before ,its willing buyer, willing seller,The 2 acre piece of land has a fence, a borehole, and three phase electricity. Kimana is a small town in Loitokitok division, a transit point for tourists heading into Amboseli National Park and a major agricultural town, well known for the production of tomatoes and onions among other spices. Its smaller that Eldoret, much smaller, but its a fast growing area due to the good road network, reliable electricity supply, proximity to the Tanzanian borders (smugglers have a field day there, buying sugar and rice at very cheap prices and selling them in Major towns at double the price) proximity to amboseli national park and a very peaceful environment despite the many tribes living there. If you put up office blocks there, the target would be Non-Governmental Organisations, real estate agents, government , among others. However apartments are in very high demand.
The main source of income there is tourism and farming.
Any more questions? Would be glad to clarify.

@jguru, yes, I know it does sound tricky. However, there is nothing fishy here. The lands in question are NOT inside the Amboseli National Park and there is a fence all round the Amboseli National Park . This land formerly belonged to the group ranches members, but it was subdivided in to parcels of 60 acres. Feel free to check it out in the Ministry of Lands or any other reliable source include the Kajiado County Council offices.
Mada Hotels, have a camp there, so does the Serena Group, and Sopa Lodges.
All documents in order, feel free to verify.
Now, make me an offer.smile

Thanks Yekeyeke.

I already have some of these speculative plots I bought near Juja through Mhasibu.

I am looking for something long term like this, but his pricing is a bit prohibitive, unless he is willing to subdivide those 60 acres.

Hey KulaRaha,
you can get some good farming land at 300k an acre. Very good for farming crops such as onions and tomatoes, and readily available water for irrigation from the river, you just need to buy some pipes and small generator. You can even do fish farming there. Its 500 m from the tarmac road and the land is freehold. Interested? Trust me, if you plant well, get a good, cheap, Tanzanian guy who will supervise your farm, after three months you will get a very good harvest you will have recovered half your 2m in pure profit. will be going down to Loitokitok sometime soon, we can take a drive down there if interested.

By the way Wazuans, you can get land from as little as 280-300k an acre, very good land for farming, with readily available water and also access to electricity. The land is freehold. Trust me, you will make your money back from farming tomatoes and onions or other vegetables within a year or less. The good thing is that we have cheap labor from Tanzania, and they are very honest and hardworking.
You cant go wrong buying land in Loitokitok.
