I sympathize with u being "conned" but was the info you bought crap or the training not sufficient at all. I am a firm believer that you can get online all the info you need to learn how to trade any instrument.
Problem is that you will need a lot of research time, testing different strategies e.t.c. This is the hardest route to take because there is way too much wrong info out there.
I chose this route back in 2008, mainly because I could not find anyone in Nairobi to train me. Back then I had the time and I wanted this so bad as a career that I could not allow anyone to "train me wrongly."
Months after, I did land on some good trading info that made sense immediately both in theory and practice.
Trading comes down to ideas expressed by 2 great philosophers noted economist Adam Smith and physicist Isaac Newton.
Adam Smith suggested that when supply exceeds demand at a price level, prices will decline and vice-versa. Noted physicist Isaac Newton suggested in his three laws of motion that an object will remain in motion until it is met with an equal or greater force. These two simple, yet brilliant principles have stood the test of time and are directly responsible for the movement of price in the markets we trade today.
Once you understand these 2 principles, the next step is to know what true supply and demand looks like on a price chart. And finally integrate these ideas into your belief system.
This forms the fundamentals of my trading approach. It’s simple, concise and objective. I do not use any technical indicators nor analyze fundamental news. I know for sure everything that is relevant in the markets will show up in the price chart.
I developed my own curriculum for personal use. It combines theory and practical (visual chart examples and explanations detailing trade ideas). Of course I won't reveal the source of info here.
If you are interested I can teach you these ideas on one-one-basis (if you are in Nrb). I can guarantee by 4 wks your outlook at the markets shall be in very objective terms.
My guess is you already know the "mechanics of trading" and perhaps what you now need is how to trade properly. I'll charge you Ksh. 20K and transfer some powerful ideas into your trading arsenal. Think about it.
Trading is a simple transfer of accounts from those who don't understand simple market logic into the accounts of those who do.
