Why waste time on the Boy? We all know that He is being used to split the Western region vote. As it is, He can only get votes from the Bukusu and even then He still has a long way to become the main Guy there.

Wamalwa Kijana died aged 59 (2003)
Eugene is kindu 41 (2011)
In 2003 Eugene was kindu (41-7) = 34

Now 59-34 = 25, the design is possible.
