I feel sometimes we give politics too much weight. The referendum was peaceful and market didn't tank that much then. so how will something like ocampo prosecuting ppl cause investors to runaway, with tails between their legs. And i feel the 2012 elections are abit too far to cause all this mayhem. Three things here: middle east conflict, high oil prices, weak shilling. Im aware the last two have ameriolated off late.

Not us but what the rest of the world thinks of us. When you are unable to prosecute your criminals and have to hand them over to a higher power you are basically telling the world that the rule of law does not apply here. 2012 elections are next year, that's even too short a time for a short-time investor.

BBI will solve it

NSE can even consolidate losses and rally at least back to 4200 - 4300 levels for the next selling bout and now already lower than 3900... sic... A price disconnect is up on the cards with more downside risk. The chart never lies... Get ready for greater discounts despite the rosy fundamentals...

$15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

@2012. I see your side of it. Esp the investing period being short.

Bottom line for me is do we have peace & stabilty? If the answer is YES then I do not care how we get it. To hell with this sovreignity (@ ICC)if it stops me from waking up everyday to do what I love doing & fending for my people!
