@jahman, naelewa jamaa. Same effect. PNU alliance's option was DEFERRAL followed by REFERRAL 1yr later, once the local bla bla has been formed.

these ODM (nusu-Maisha Bora) guys are fake. Days after writing to the UN demanding trials be held at the Hague now they've realized the AU member countries are supporting Kenya (not the Ocampo Six as some would prefer)and have decided to change tune. buure kabisa

@ecstasy, this is not bure kabisa, read between the lines (as WR said), ODM want it to be local so that they maliza him completely, he seems to prefer the Hague option (April 7th sio mbali). Referral and deferral are different things....
