these ODM (nusu-Maisha Bora) guys are fake. @ecstasy, this is not bure kabisa, read between the lines (as WR said), ODM want it to be local so that they maliza him completely, he seems to prefer the Hague option (April 7th sio mbali). Referral and deferral are different things....
