What is it? Ati lights/electricity to be off for an hour from 8.30pm tonight. African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

it is an energy/water/environmental conservation move. Dont know how muuch will be saved though.
The plans of the diligent lead surely to plenty,but those of everyone who is hasty,surely to poverty.
