Shame on you take note of the name: they imply to operate as an MFI, give a false impression that they are a SACCO but they are registered as a LTD Co.while collecting deposits from unsuspecting public their deposits are not guaranteed and the hassle of getting a loan is not worth it. I have had insider privilege within the organization and it is a total waste of time; poor governance, very high employee turnover, non professionalism in their operations and can you imagine a 'financial organization' running on ms excel? these are briefcase shylocks targeting low income people who do not understand the financial intricacies but can afford small denomination transactions frequently for the ultimate rip off! they are also in the employment bureau business selling interview opportunities to desperate people searching for jobs.
People who look for easy money invariably pay for the privilege of proving conclusively that it cannot be found on this sordid earth

ms excel may be great for data handling but for any financial institution data integrity is a key issue.

And apart from trying to pass off a SACCO I see that they are also cleverly calling themselves a BANK using the word RIVERBANK. The Registrar of Companies must have been sleeping at work to allow that to pass.
