wel welllll- someone really paid to think at safcon! this facility going to generate massive additional calls - no one really thinks 5bob interest is something to hold you back.

How do they get the 5 bob commission from me? Do they deduct it upront from the credit as in instead of me using up the 50 bob i use 45 bob minus the 5 bob or how does it work/

Everything happens for a reason.

Next time you load like a sok,the balance will be 45bob,the 50bob ulikopeshwa and the 5bob interest ikishakatwa!!!!

Thank Goodness... no more PLEASE CALL MEs.....

Some deals are like glass. Sometimes it's better to leave them broken than try to hurt yourself putting it back together.

Whoever came up with this should be in Bahamas now enjoying his/her retirement even if he/she hasn't attained age to get an I/D.....Well....We all know emergency and being broke in this case is also as good as emergency....how i wish my landlord could grasp this.

@Mc

Have tried this service n its working for sure. They deduct the sh. 5 from the 'loan' and you only recieve sh. 45. However,wen i topped up,they deducted sh. 50.

This a perfect idea and considering the fact that on average their call charges are sh. 8 per min,then it means these are 7 min per loan. MJ knows very well that he needs on average X number of minutes to meet his profit targets n thea4 he has done all the maths to achieve profit Y. This guy is a great thinker. The only flip side is the expected congestion as kawaida.

Kudos Safkom!

Did this have anything to do with the very poor network experienced today ? Calls were just disappearing,breaking or getting cut.

Life is too short.

Why cant MJ be appointed as KAA boss or the boss of any these ailing parastatals ama we elect him president coz he might assemble a very competent team to take Kenya far economically

Even the most radical revolutionlist become conservatives the day after the revolution!!!

safcom's okoa jahazi was altast a brilliant idea to mint extra cash for the company. its asummed that a a staggering 5.5 million people are using it weekly,making a monthly total sale of slightly above 1b. out of this,0.11b is the interest payeed for 'enjoying' the credit service. talk of mj leading the pack.

mwana wa kahii. . . . .
