Where can I find new housing projects in Nairobi and its environs listed online for those of us who may want to buy property off-plan or at the initial stages of development?

check www.dealfish.co.ke bought a unit called cape gardens last year at 6.25m and now it is 7.5 and rising. all the best

Check HFCK.... they always have new projects coming up. If you have someone on the ground, there are many being done on a smaller scale and the contractors may not have websites..

You are misinforming us. Migaa is not where you placed your pointer in the google map on your website. Migaa is much further in past kiambu town. Be serious it is not on the turning to ridgeways.

Where is the information you were to avail to us on the cost of housing in different areas of nairobi?? !,2, and 3 bedroom apartments, houses, etc etc. Sharing is caring.

Finally do you deal in properties outside Nairobi??
