Al Amin Kimathi, a Kenyan, is languishing in jail in Uganda. Kenya took him there. He and other people. Surely our 'sovereignty' is at stake here. Surely you will demand he is returned. Surely Kalonzo will stop by, if he hasnt stopped by, Kampala and lobby for Kenyas sovereignty. Isnt it?

Two wrongs dont make a right.

Isnt better that in discounting the points I raised you demonstrate how wrong they are.
Raising issues of Kalonzo this or that is diversionary!!

BTW Kimanthi went to Uganda on his own accord to drum up support for the arrested terrorist suspects.
He was hence arrested for the alleged crime(s)commited by himself in UG.
His case is therefore a matter for UG to determine.

I agree. This is a matter to be determined by Uganda. Lets have this attitude for I love it.

If you go to UG of your own volition and foul their air - then they arrest you for it, how does Kenya come in!!!

USA will not support the referral of ICC cases. But also they might just abstain from voting.

This is what I was referring to. Mob psychology and an acute lack of foresight. Link below.

Tension rising after ICC summons

the Hague is less than 5% of the solution. the TJRC is close to 60%.

as long as the TJRC is an amorphous, dysfunctional body, it is just a matter of time before there is another massive outbreak of violence.

Yes. Someone kills in Uganda, his accomplices are identified to be in Kenya, Kenya police arrest them and scoot them over to Uganda, someone gets concerned and asks and does something about it after Kenya shows it is sleeping he is arrested by Ugandans for asking about it and all is sweet back at the ranch. Way to go!

Failed flat.A confirmation of what an idiot of a VP we have.Just the other day he was nyef nyeffing how his mission was successful...BK!

Sources say that even African countries sitting on the council 'lacked enthusiasm" to endorse Kenya's request despite the African Union resolution in January backing a deferral.

Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.
