i am looking to buy land around the new Technopolis coming up in Malili Ranch. Does anyone have any contacts that i can use or has bought land there? How much did it cost?

am told plots are 80*100m and are going for 600 - 800K. I know this is not good enough info but surely does provide a feel of how much an acre or so should go for.
I've not been to this place so i cant comment on the distance from CBD, climate etc but hopefully will not only go but get myself some small land in the not too distant future.
hope someone else here provides more details.

Hi. I represent a Christian group that's helping members purchase (freehold) property at Konza/ Malili. Anyone wishing to join in is welcome. We're helping improve access to the plots by breaking the bulk - as the plots are being sold in blocks of several acres. We acquire & divide them into 1/4 acres at the very minimum. One can take a bundle of them. The prices are creeping up at 10-20% a week leading up to the launch next month.

there are good deals in malili but be careful when dealing with the brokers most of the land doesn't have title deeds so you know how that goes down!
