Hi wazua,
Anyone heard of plots being sold in Malili and Isinya organized by JCC Buruburu? The Isinya ones are apparently going for 35k and the Malili ones 55k per eighth. Too good to be true or what? Anyone with information, please share. Thanks!

Malili plots may be the next big thing... but i have become very wary of anything investment "organised" by so and so in kenya.... even if that "so and so" is the church and all the pastors na wazee wa kanisa.... due diligence on your own is a must! unless you are sure what you are getting into....

Hi,

I have one I can sell (1/8th acre, at 400k; in the process of getting the title).

As said, it is the next big thing!

Hi Abby, do you know whether there are any pieces going for 55K? The difference in price between what you are offering and what I've heard is huge! Unfortunately, am not around to do the leg work and have to rely on a friend.

Hi,

I will make inquiries from people who sell property in Malili (if that is the place you are talking about). Mine I bought a year ago at 300k, want to make something out of it smile

Will post a message, thanks.
