Could like to construct a three bedroomed maisonette in Mlolongo. Could like to get advice from Wazurians who have done it before for advise and guidance. Or if there is ant thread covering the same, tried to search but in vain.
Doors of opportunity don't just open , they have to be unlocked & it's up to you to turn the knob.

You could also google to get a rough idea of how much similar houses have cost?
