about 8km from main road behind EXEL girls school
good all-weather road . currently power lines are within 3km from the land but soon to reach with in 300m.
@simon 1.4m for the whole 3 acres

Interested in 1/4 acre in Kitengela for 1.15m. The plots are along Ostrich Farm road about 150m from Saitoti's home and just before Sigma Feeds. Borehole water and electricity available

Is there any hope of the facilities enjoyed by Saitoti being extended such as the tarmacked road and his GSU security. I passed there on sato for my very first time and was shocked to see the tarmacked road ends at saitoti's farm.
I won't mind paying that price if the above benefits are inclusive.
