Mancity have had to play the Europa, FA cup and will play the second leg europa tie (3games)before they meet chelsea on sunday. In that time chelsea will only have the small matter of copenhagen to dispose of.

While chelsea will be favoured with fresher legs, history hasnt been so favourable for them against mancity.

Am not sure chelsea have the psychological edge to beat man-city...with or without torres (goal-less?)

After tonight, which I expect man-u to win, the next game up is bolton who have been on a nice winning run...and I like their in-the-box play. Should be interesting how man-u will handle the tall bolton players. Vidic should hold and smalling barring any silly mistakes should also impress.

Dedication to Arsenal fans:

Just for Arsenal fans
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Another Arsenal dedication. I stumbled upon it and it had Arsenal/Wenger written all over it.

Being an Arsenal fan

Yet another one:

Shida Za Arsenal

And Finally, Arsene Wenger's song to Arsenal fans:

From Wenger To The Fans
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

@Winston.....I'm not quite sure but i think L'pool are now technically out of Europa Liga qualification for next season. Only 3 English sides can qualify for this competition. So far, Birmingham have qualified (winning Carling cup), either Spurs/Man City or Chelsea will qualify and the winner between Stoke Vs Bolton (FA Cup).

@Taz..thanks...just meant the current one going one. Mancity will play 3 times (europa 2, FA cup 1) while chelsea in the same span have only one game(CL). And to complicate matters, city may need to really go out on all cylinders to over-turn a 2-0 deficit againt Dynamo Kiev (i think) . So coming into the saturday game, they will be more tired and mancini has indicated he needs some rest for his players but doesnt have the squad depth(sounds like a joke).

SAF has been banned for 5 games at a time when there seems to be a defensive injury crisis!

Question is this...is this the black swan event that cancels out the smile of lady luck that has been shining on Man-u all season long?

Deja vu!!!

Last season Man Utd were done in by defender injuries. This season we are back at it. Vidic, Ferdinand, O'shea, Rafael all out injured. Jonny Evans back but hasn't played for approx. 6 weeks. That only leaves Fabio, Smalling, Brown and Evra!

I really hope we survive the Bolton game without dropping points. The international break is a God send.

Not forgetting Scholes is suspended! 3 points on Saturday will feel like 6!

There you have it! What a team! What a show! 10 man United squeeze BALLton as Alluminium's howler and blushes are saved by Van Pastry and Ar-shower-vim in a 2-2 draw with West Broom. United open gap to 5 points as Gooner's miserable run continues.

As I noted a month ago, you know you are winning the league when your title challenger starts with letter "A"

Though am normally happier when aseno loses than when Man U wins, I guess an aseno draw and a Man U win is preferable to an aseno loss and a Man U draw. Remember at some point Man U were drawing when aseno were losing.
