The more i look at this story, the more i get the feeling that this Kiunjuri guy is the culprit. Mama Ngilu's crime was to award some family members small contracts(supplying stationery) which is bad by itself but i think Kiunjuri was looking for serious kickbacks thus inflating contracts and when caught with his fingers in the cookie jar turned the spotlight on mama rainbow..ama what do you guys think?
Why was the guy playing golf with the same culprits if they were not discussing "commissions"?
He just basically ambushed Madame Minister by telling his story first.
Rule of the game in politics. If you repeat a lie often enough, people will begin to believe it.
Not to demean the guy, but he was a former "tout" and knows how to play dirty.
