we lost the match fair and square but i don't think this is the time to start feeling sorry for ourselves. We just couldn't get the goals and van der sar had a very good game.

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Waiting for the FA draw.

My dream final would be Man Utd vs Man City. The adrenaline rush would be great. I kid you not.

Obviously both teams have to win their semi final matches first and not be drawn against each other in the semis. In the case of Man City, there is also the small matter of the quarter finals.

It's still too early to talk about the finals because there are other teams involved and would want to have a thing or two to say about where the FA cup ends up. By posting this, I am not trying to disrespect or discount them. I am just stating my dream final.

We'll be without Scholes for the next 2 games after he got his 10th booking in the game, I hope we'll have Fletcher and Anderson back coz Gibson and O'Shea in the middle were pathetic and Carrick is not any better - I believe having all your players at the run in is what will determine where the league ends, either for Man Utd or Arsenal...I hpe City can beat Chelsea in their next game since a win for the Blues will bring them to within 6 points...we really don't need 2 teams breathing down our necks!

I was delighted the way Valencia picked up exactly from where he left off, you couldn't tell the player had been away for over 6 months with a horrific injury, god to see Ramsey on his feet as well.

Some interesting info about the Da Silva twins:

Rafael's scored twice for United; the first against Arsenal at the Emirates and his second against Wigan at Old Trafford.

Fabio's also scored twice; the first against Wigan at the DW and the second against Arsenal at Old Trafford

Rafael, who usually plays at right-back, scored both his goals with his left foot while Fabio who usually plays at left back, scored with his right foot.

The twins' goals against Wigan were scored in the goal to the left of the dug-out of either ground while their goals against Arsenal came in the goal to the right of the dug-out.

Coincidence or a sign of twin telepathy (or maybe I have nothing better to do)

The 4 games from April 17th to May 1st will be the key, as long as they can avoid à la Sunderland with the other teams.

And of course history was made at the Camp Nou on tuesday night. Never before in the history of the Champions League has a team failed to muster a single shot on/off target.

This record was ruthlessly shattered by the Carling Cup finalists on tuesday night. UEFA should award aseno with a medal for this dubious statistics.

@Mwenza, get your facts right, last season's winners (inter Milan) had worse statistics than Arsenal yet they still managed to knock them out.

@TAZ.........Are you sure am not getting my facts right?

Inter DID NOT have zero shots on goal like aseno

Valencia's boot has GPS connection to Rooney's head! And he is not selfish. He is comfortable with his 'supplier' role. This can only mean more goals for Rooney and United. The goals might start coming even before the international break. Watch this space.

Jens Lehman set to rejoin Arsenal in attempt to reduce the goalkeeping crisis that the goons are facing currently with only one fit senior goalkeeper.

How I wish Valencia had Nani's skills or even better if the latter could have Valencia's attitude. The third option is for SAF to force Nani to have Valencia's attributes.
